In the Tang Dynasty of China (618 - 907), the drinking of tea changed from purely medicinal to recreational and it’s popularity grew throughout the world from that point on wards.
You don’t need to be a Tasseographer to know that the British love their tea,
and we are no exception here at Yonder.

What better way to celebrate the humble leaf, than using the very first tea grown on British soil.

This tart saison uses green tea, grown on the Tregothnan estate in Cornwall.
The tea is cold steeped, alongside British and European hops, to give it slightly earthy and tannic undertones, alongside fruity and herbal notes, lifted by the gentle acidity of the base beer.
