Yeah, we like mixed culture fermentation and abstract foraged ingredients. But when we need a good, reliable beer to quench our thirst, we head for the Pils.
With our Pilsner we set out to prove that you don’t need an expensive brew house or complicated equipment to brew a good lager. All we need are temperature controlled tanks,
access to the best raw materials, patience and time.
Okay, so we do add a couple of Yonder touches. You could say it’s got a little bit of Westcountry in it.
Yonder Pils is mashed on a bed of meadow hay and mixes up the classic approach of strictly noble European hops, by giving British hops and opportunity to show you what they can do.
It’s crisp & spritzy. Its herbal bitterness is the perfect palate cleanser and damn, it’s refreshing!
